Backend Software Engineer

In this position, you’ll be able to integrate a team that is building a next gen product to deliver analytical solutions to clients across several types of industries/sectors, but always having the nice feeling of impacting positively the organizations.

• Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional, versatile and young-spirit agile team.
• Be an active part in designing and building solutions and services that bring LTPlabs to the next level.
• Be involved in every step of an applications lifecycle such as architecting, designing, developing and maintaining it.
• Deliver your solutions using continuous integration and continuous delivery while supporting monitoring metrics to improve solutions.
• Continuous cooperation within front end and infrastructure teams as well as business intelligence team members
• Join a fast-growing company and make the difference within the teams internally and externally.
• Work under an adapted Scrum framework
• Taking LTPlabs to the next level of analytical solutions

Our Technology stack:

• Python 3, Django, FastAPI, Celery, Pandas
• PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
• Aws infrastructure
• Kubernetes and Docker

What we’re looking for:

• Knowledge in the development of microservice-based back-end
• Good understanding of git, Docker
• Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience using Python 3 for web development
• Knowledge in both synchronous and asynchronous programming
• Good written and oral communication skills, in both Portuguese and English.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good organization with special attention to details.

It would be nice if you also have:

• Knowledge of AWS and its core services (namely S3, EC2, Lambda)
• Experience of caching
• Experience of testing
• Experience of message queue systems
• Experience of GraphQL
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Vue.js
• DevOps skills
