What will you be doing in your day-to-day?
- Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs to support innovative analytics solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure scalable and efficient infrastructure management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Optimize the developer experience by improving tools, workflows, and training initiatives like "Hammer Detox" workshops.
- Implement DevOps practices, ensuring robust infrastructure and pipeline management.
- Structure solutions to be maintainable, efficient, and tailored to LTPlabs' business needs.
What is our technology stack?
- Programming: Python 3
- Frameworks: FastAPI, Celery, Pandas
- Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, On-Premises
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
- Messaging Systems: RabbitMQ
Who are you?
- Master’s in computer science, informatics, or related fields.
- +5 years of experience insimilar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Python and interest in DevOps practices.
- Experience in managing infrastructure, pipelines, and backend systems.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to challenge the status quo.
- Skilled in structuring and implementing solutions for robustness and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, and SQL.
- A team player with a growth mindset and a passion for learning.
