EIT Food is Europe’s largest food innovation community, supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union.

We have been working with food manufacturers on challenges such as production planning, demand forecasting and promotional management, using #AI and mathematical #optimization to support better decisions across the value chain. As a Strategic Partner, we will work alongside companies, research centres and startups to help shape the agenda for a more sustainable and resilient food system, bringing our experience in advanced analytics to the challenges the sector faces.
