Ulrika Cederskog Sundling

Ulrika Cederskog Sundling brings extensive international leadership experience from a range of sectors, including management consulting, telecom, and technology. Ulrika spent eight years with McKinsey & Company in London and Stockholm, followed by more than a decade in executive roles at Ericsson, driving strategy and large-scale transformations. She also led the Swedish Investment Promotion Agency, attracting foreign investments to Sweden, and later served in the leadership team of Varnish Software, a global leader in caching technology.

Today, she is active as an advisor, investor, and board member in international technology companies. Ulrika holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics/Wharton Business School, and has completed executive programs at Kellogg School of Management and Columbia Business School.
