What is the position about?

In this role, you'll join a dynamic team focused on transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions empowered by AI and advanced analytics. You will be involved in various projects, collaborating closely with other LTPeers and clients to tackle highly complex challenges across different industries and geographies.

What will you be doing in your day-to-day?

• Analyze business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Develop analytical models and program scripts to extract insights and support decision-making.
• Work with large datasets, using tools such as Python, SQL, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with other LTPeers and across teams to design and implement analytical solutions.
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize results and support business recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings, helping to present findings and gather feedback.
• Support project management, ensuring deliverables are met on time and aligned with client needs.

Who are you?

• Master’s or PhD in engineering, management, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in analytical consultancy, data science, or a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL are a plus.
• Ability to structure and analyze complex datasets and present insights effectively.
• A problem-solver with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proactive and constructive attitude, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
