DevOps Engineer

What is the position about

In this position, you’ll be able to integrate a team that is building the next-gen product to deliver analytical solutions to clients across several types of industries/sectors and you’ll have the crucial of packing our solutions. What will you be doing in your day-to-day

• Create and maintain the infrastructure, GitLab repository and pipelines for development and deployment,
• Support quick and effective incident resolution and create procedures to prevent them,
• Explore issues using our observability stack and implement alerts to prevent issues from happening,
• Help projects in managing the complete lifecycle of the application from the architecture to design, development and maintenance,
• Collaborate with project/product teams and clients to understand and help define project goals and requirements,
• Write and maintain documentation,
• Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet sprint deadlines and deliver high-quality software solutions within an agile methodology.

Our Technology stack:

• Hybrid infrastructure – AWS and on-premises
• Kubernetes on both public and private cloud
• Gitlab and gitlab CI/CD
• Helm charts
• Terraform – Looking to migrate to crossplane
• Containers – Docker and containerd
  Python

Who are you?

• Graduated in computer science, informatics, and related fields,
• Have at least two years of experience in similar positions (preferably),
• Experienced in support directed to site reliability engineering,
• Proficient with our technology stack (or at least with part of it and with a strong willingness to learn),
• Knowledge of networks, infrastructure and IT security principles,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English,
• Very agile in problem-solving and with a focus on proactively solving (unseen) problems,
• A team player who thrives in collaborative projects,
• Curious and with a growth mindset who loves to new challenges and to learn new skills, techniques and methodologies.
